Halnaker Hill Farm wins Repurposing Project of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards

We’re award winners!

Halnaker Hill Farm has been named Repurposing Project of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards. The award is given in recognition of a project that has ‘successfully transformed an existing building, site, or space to deliver renewed purpose, functionality, and value’.

Together with our partner Kingsbridge, which is handling commercial aspects of the project, our entry focused on the long-term environmental benefits of our work to return 330 acres of previously intensively-farmed land to nature.

It also highlighted how our team, including ecologists and agricultural specialists, is steering the project and has helped overcome challenges such as extreme weather.

We’re very proud to receive this award, which reflects the expertise, commitment and hard work of our team and recognises the positive impact Halnaker Hill Farm will have for generations to come.
